These terms govern the options and rules for returning goods purchased through the Visionary Paint e-shop.

1. Return Period

The customer has the right to return undamaged goods within 14 days of delivery.

2. Condition of Returned Goods

Goods must be returned:

  • unused and undamaged
  • clean and without signs of wear
  • with original tags and packaging included

3. Return Procedure

Please include the following in your message:

  • order number
  • customer name
  • reason for return (optional)

Upon confirmation, we will send you detailed shipping instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an approved warranty claim (damaged or incorrect item), the shipping costs will be covered by XTREAM a.s.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

6. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following are considered final sale:

  • custom-made or personalized products

These items cannot be returned or claimed for a refund due to their specialized and personal nature.
