2. Territorial Scope of Shipping
We standardly ship to selected countries worldwide, including the EU, USA, Canada, UAE, and Japan. If you are interested in delivery to another country, please contact us before placing your order.
3. Original Paintings
Delivery is provided by professional courier companies (DHL, UPS, or another contractual carrier depending on the region). Shipping insurance is included in the price of the artwork.
4. Art Reproductions
Made to order. Dispatch usually within 7 business days.

5. Personal Pickup
For purchases within Slovakia, personal pickup is also available in Trenčín.
6. Shipment Insurance
All artworks are insured for their full actual value during transport. The cost of insurance is already included in the price of the artwork.
11. Shipment Damage
If the shipment is visibly damaged upon delivery, refuse to accept it and file a report with the courier. In case of damage discovered after delivery, please contact us within 24 hours at the latest via the contact form:
